Hummus Recipe to Try.

1 can chick peas
2tbsp tahini
1tsp lemon juice
2tbsp crushed garlic

Blend, food process, or just mash it up really good with a fork, depending on what consistency you want. You can add whatever spices you like. I like some cayenne peppers, dill, or just a ton of extra garlic. You can sub white beans or lentils instead of chick peas too for different tastes. WAY cheaper than store-bought!
